WorkSafe is developing new health and safety guidance for agriculture. It will result in a couple of new Approved Codes of Practice (ACOPs): one for the safe use of farm vehicles and machinery, and one for roles and responsibilities in agriculture.

It’s important that these guides reflect meet the needs of those who work in our industry. The Guidance Products team at WorkSafe is keen to hear directly from farmers and growers, as well as farm workers and others who work with farmers. They wish to learn about the day-to-day use of vehicles and machinery on farms, and about the ways farmers work with others.
